Opportunity
A security staffing company saw growth potential by creating a system that seamlessly connects venues with officers, simplifying the hiring process while helping officers earn extra income.
Problem
Managing bookings manually—calling officers, venues, scheduling, and endless back-and-forth—was overwhelming, limiting the company’s ability to scale.
Challenge
The solution required three distinct user views—Officer, Venue, and Client—each with mobile and desktop versions for a smooth experience. We focused on Officer and Venue first.
Solution
A centralized platform where officers can get hired, chat, and receive payments, while venues and clients can manage security effortlessly. Gamification adds motivation—officers level up their badge color by completing jobs with great reviews and punctuality.
