The Pest Request project was an exciting challenge aimed at simplifying the process of requesting pest control services. It allowed each store to have its own personalized app and website, tailored to their branding and needs. This project required a deep understanding of user behavior, both from the clients’ and sellers’ perspectives.
The design featured two distinct views:
• Client View: A seamless interface for customers to book services, manage appointments, and explore available options.
• Store View: A customizable management system where stores could contact clients, update or modify services, handle appointments, and manage their offerings effectively.
Additionally, the project included templates for store websites and a front-end system for efficient service management. It was a perfect blend of user-centric design and functional innovation.
